All About Italy® brings to the USA the first Balsamic Week.
Dozens of selected restaurants in New York and San Francisco, have decided to participate in driving awareness around Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
The objective of the initiative is to promote Aceto Balsamico di Modena in the United States, whilst also lending a helping hand to the restaurant industry that has suffered the most from the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
The event will give the opportunity for all the restaurant´s guests to test special recipes based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that will be included in the menus of the week. From risotto to pasta fresca, from fried chicken to pizza and to ice cream, are you ready to discover how Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is used by some of the most renowned chefs in the country?
